Each tablet contains: Shark cartilage, Giant Pacific Oyster (Crassostrea gigas, meat), Acerola (Malpaghia glabra)(fruit) supplying 12.5 mg of Vitamin C, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) (extract 5.5 :1) equivalent to 247.5 mg of herb & supplying 1.79 mg of silicon, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Nicotinamide (Niacinamide), Zinc (zinc oxide), Iron (Ferrous fumarate), Millet (Panicum miliaceum) (extract 19 :1) equivalent to 142.5 mg of seeds, Biotin. Non medicinal ingredients: Croscarmellose Sodium, Fumed Silica, Glycerin, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Food Starch, Orange Flavour, Triacetin, Tricalcium Phosphate

Directions

Dosage: Adults: Take 1 tablet, 2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications
